I have always respected the gains that fitness training provides the body. At an early stage in my life, Football, Athletics and Basketball stood out as my main interests. In my experience, strategy, technique, flair and enjoyment could always be found within these sports. Team games were predominantly the focus at this time but as I developed through various sports and as a competitor, my attention soon switched to individual sports, namely Boxing.
The passion that has enabled me to participate and train myself in various sports is the main reason why I have chosen to assist clients in achieving their own fitness goals. Combining my knowledge of Biomechanics and first hand experience with exercise I focus my training around good form and technique. Additionally, by setting short term goals that are based on performance challenges, I can maintain client concentration and commitment in a fun way.
