OVERVIEW

My name is Charles Oshodi and I am the founder of Natural Dynamics. Natural Dynamics provides a leading personal training service within London. My practice of personal training combines numerous years of applied experience and up-to-date scientific knowledge on health and fitness to assist clients in the best way possible.

The concept behind Natural Dynamics is to enhance the athleticism/functionality of the body through bodyweight exercises and thereafter, resistance. This is achieved by...

- Examining the current fitness levels my clients possess.
- Understanding what my client's desired goals are.
- Structuring a unique fitness program for the fitness journey.

I have been successful in assisting clients that have little or no background in fitness training and athletes participating within their competitive sports. So, whatever your fitness background may be, I am more than confident that I will be able to help you achieve your goals.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you have decided that you would like to take on a new fitness challenge with Natural Dynamics, I will take you through a simple checklist of tasks to start the ball rolling...

1. Your Current Level of Fitness: During our first phone conversation, we shall briefly discuss what you aim to achieve from training and I will answer any questions that you may have about my service. Before your actual training program begins, I will make arrangements with you on the location and time to fill out a Physical Activity and Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ form) and conduct a fitness test.

2. Your Nutrition and Program: Once you have completed your PARQ and fitness test with me, I shall review and evaluate the results. This shall form the basis of your new fitness program. To ensure that you always have the necessary energy levels for training, I shall provide you with details of the food and fluids you should be taking and when you should aim to consume them.

3. Training Schedule: After I have prepared your program I will provide you with an outline so that you can view my projections based upon sessions per week. This is when we can look at your budget, availability etc and then match you up with the most suitable fitness solution.

Once all of these bases are covered, then you and I shall begin your first challenging fitness session!
